Health Works NSW is a trusted and respected provider of allied health services in the Mid North Coast. We are seeking an experienced and driven Occupational Therapist to join our friendly team in Coffs Harbour. While we are ideally looking for someone with experience, we are open to considering a new graduate who demonstrates the right values, motivation, and commitment to learning.

About the Role

  • Provide client-centred OT services across community settings.
  • Manage a diverse caseload with opportunities to shape your practice focus.
  • Receive ongoing support through structure peer collaboration and professional development program, and external CPD opportunities.
  • Contribute to a team environment that values innovation, compassion, and professional excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified Occupational Therapist, with AHPRA registration required upon commencement.
  • Preferably an experienced OT, though exceptional new graduates will be considered.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
  • A genuine commitment to improving the lives of clients.
  • A current driver's licence (essential for community-based work.
