What You'll Do
- Create new integrations and support existing solutions using the Azure integration platform (Logic Apps, API management, Event Grid, Azure storage).
- Develop robust, scalable, and secure APIs, implement and maintain API security measures, and optimize API performance.
- Develop integration and services solutions in the cloud, including application, API, and data integration using Microservices architecture.
- Lead development activities within the integration and services project team, providing design guidance, organizing workloads, peer reviewing team deliverables, and leading Agile sprint cycles.
- Develop action plans and reports to improve data access and governance, maintain inventories of the enterprise integration landscape and research emerging data technologies for their application in WaterNSW environments.
- Cost Optimisation while managing big data complexity and performance.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Information Technology/Computer Sciences field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience Automating build and release of Integration solutions.
- Experience coding in SQL, KQL, Postman, and Python.
- Experience using Webapps, Containers & API Management or similar technologies.
- Solid experience in API design principles, including versioning, error handling, and data serialization formats (e.g., JSON, XML) and protocols (OData, REST, SOAP, FTP, JMS).
- Current NSW Driver's License.
