Australian Audiology is a multi-site hearing clinic group dedicated to excellent patient care, evidence-based practice, and strong community partnerships. We provide modern diagnostic and rehabilitation services, work with major manufacturers, and support career development and ongoing training.

The role

We're looking for a clinically skilled and patient-focused Audiologist to join our team. You'll provide hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings and follow-up, counseling, and workplace/community outreach. This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of clinical work and patient education.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic audiometry, speech testing and vestibular screenings as required.
  • Perform hearing aid consultations, fittings (multiple manufacturers), verification (real-ear), and ongoing management.
  • Provide tinnitus counseling, aural rehabilitation and family education.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and meet professional standards.
  • Contribute to clinic workflow improvements and occasional outreach clinics.

Required

  • Master's or Graduate Diploma in Audiology (or equivalent).
  • Registration/accreditation with Audiology Australia .
  • Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with real-ear verification and REM systems.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cochlear implant candidacy pathways.
