We're on the lookout for an experienced Store Manager to lead our high-performing team in Launceston, Tasmania

Our newish store, opened late last year, is thriving, with an engaged crew and a strong service-driven culture. With our manager off to lead another store, it's your chance to step into a fast-paced, hands-on role, where team building, structure, and clear communication are key.

  • Retail management experience.
  • A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
  • A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
  • Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
