, and we're looking for a
full-time Media Buyer
to take ownership of our ad performance engine — and grow into a Head of Performance / Partner role as we scale.

The Role

As our Media Buyer, you'll manage and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns across multiple solar client accounts.

But this isn't a "sit in Ads Manager and tweak bids" type of role.

You'll own outcomes — not just clicks.

You'll lead creative testing, spot emerging trends, and turn campaign data into actionable insights that directly drive client ROI.

You'll work closely with leadership, appointment setters, and account managers to close the loop between
ad spend → appointment quality → installs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimise daily Meta campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Maintain full visibility on CPL, CPA, booking rate, and profit per appointment
  • Run weekly creative testing cycles (3–7 new ads per client minimum)
  • Collaborate with our content team to script, brief, and deploy new angles
  • Monitor performance trends — flagging issues early (creative fatigue, lead flow, geo performance, etc.)
  • Work with account managers and setters to identify quality gaps or bottlenecks
  • Maintain structured naming, UTM tracking, and clear dashboards
  • Join weekly KPI meetings with the Director (Kody) & partners to review performance and strategy
  • Build and document our internal
    "Ad Playbook"
    — frameworks, hooks, and winning angles that scale

  • Maintain CPL within the target across all accounts
  • Keep CPA (Cost per Appointment)

    3–7 new creative concepts

  • Sustain consistent lead quality (tracked via booking + show rates)
  • Maintain $77–$140

    for PPA clients
  • Refresh creative before fatigue exceeds 10% performance drop

You'll Succeed Here If You…

  • Have
    2+ years
    of Meta ad buying experience (ideally in lead gen or local service)
  • Understand
    offer psychology, hooks, and buyer intent
    , not just buttons
  • Think like an
    operator
    — CPL → booking rate → profit, not just ROAS
  • Thrive under accountability and fast execution
  • Communicate clearly, back opinions with data, and own your outcomes
  • Have a strong creative eye and know what makes an ad "scroll-stopping"
  • Take pride in fixing problems quickly and improving systems as you go

Bonus Points For

  • Solar, home improvement, or trades industry experience
  • Familiarity with
    GoHighLevel, Zapier/n8n, or Slack
    workflows
  • Basic UGC briefing or editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Understanding of email nurturing, lead scoring, or CRM automations
