3rd-4th year apprentice carpenter experience highly regarded.

We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, professional service and are looking to expand our team with hardworking individuals who are passionate about outdoor work and craftsmanship. We have a high volume of work in the pipeline and are looking to recruit skilled Labourers for consistent work in residential and commercial fencing.

We are seeking a dedicated, physically fit, experienced Fencing labourer to assist with the Delivery of materials , removal of existing fences and installation of various types of fences including boundary, feature, sliding gates, automation and also commercial sites.

Servicing most regions of Melbourne, we have a highly experienced installer & admin team to support you.

Job Description

  • Assist an installer in installing several types of fences, including timber, colorbond, aluminium, and other materials.
  • Dig post holes and set fence posts in concrete or gravel.
  • Measure and mark fencing layout accurately according to project plans.
  • Load, unload, and transport fencing materials to and from job sites.
  • Use hand and power tools such as shovels, post hole diggers, saws, and drills.
  • Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.
  • Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

What we require of you…

  • Extreme attention to detail is a MUST.
  • Reliability, honesty, good communication and teamwork skills.
  • White card.
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy material and working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Working with Children's check card or willing to obtain.
  • Current drivers license/Must be able to drive manual vehicles.
  • Own vehicle.
  • Excellent work ethic.
