Workshop Labourer

**One of Australia’s leading premium drilling tool manufacturers is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and reliable individual to fill the full-time and casual positions of Workshop labourer.**

This role supports machinists in manufacturing and involves handling tools and materials, assisting with machinery setup, deburring, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

SREPS Pty Ltd is located in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. We specialise in the design and manufacture of durable and customisable reverse circulation and conventional hammers and drill bits.

We boast a modern workshop with multi axis lathes, 4 and 5 axis milling machines, 9 axis multitasking machining centres and robotics.

Our team has collectively more than 60 years of experience within the drilling industry making us a cut above the rest in providing innovative and tailored solutions to all our clients.

**Required experience and skills**:

- Driver’s licence (minimum C Class)
- Be punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Physically fit (some heavy lifting)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic.

**Desired experience and skills**:

- Forklift licence

**Some key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Deburring of machined components
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Prepare and organise materials, parts, and tools for jobs
- Parts pickup/drop off
- Yard maintenance
- Help maintain a clean, safe, happy, and reliable work environment.
