A role you will love

The position of Customer Operations Representative forms part of the Revenue Operations Team. This role performs inbound and outbound calls, however, is required to support the entire operations including performing any task within the meter to cash value chain.

Your key accountabilities:

  • Receive and process data relating to applications, fees, charges, payments, refunds and dishonours, change of ownership, pension concessions, direct debits
  • Manage administrative activities, including system work queues and resolving escalated customer queries.
  • Manage email query inbox
  • Maintaining and updating account data
  • Receive inbound and outbound calls
  • Negotiate and set up payment arrangements suitable to client needs.
  • Data entry of payment arrangements and issuing of appropriate correspondence

What will you bring to the role?

Extreme professionalism both verbal and written is one of the most important elements for success of this role. Being able to provide first point resolutions all whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service experience.

Some other key experience you'll have:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding listening, oral and written communication skills for gathering and providing information.
  • Ability to work both effectively as part of a team whilst demonstrating a high level of drive and initiative to work effectively autonomously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a broad range of customers as well as interact and work closely with multiple internal business units.
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Strong computer skills (accurate typing / keyboarding).
  • Fast learner to adapt to multiple systems and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A high level of initiative, tackling problems in a methodical and logical manner.
  • A passion for providing quality and efficient.
