Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain and update customer records
- Respond to email inquiries and manage inboxes efficiently
- Manage system queues, and escalated customer queries
- Ensure accurate data entry and send appropriate follow-up communications
- Participate in change and business process improvement initiatives

- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in using multiple systems and managing administrative tasks

- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and desire to contribute
