Full-time | Multiple Contract & Ongoing Roles

Are you an experienced accounts or finance administration professional looking for your next opportunity? We're partnering with a well-established organisation in the Eastern Suburbs of Brisbane and are seeking skilled candidates for a range of finance and office support roles.

These positions offer exposure to a variety of accounting, administrative, and operational tasks within a supportive team environment.

What You Could Be Doing:
  • Processing and enteingr invoices accurately into accounting systems.
  • Assisting with daily data entry and general finance administration tasks.
  • Supporting reconciliations and helping to resolve discrepancies when needed.
  • Preparing and assisting with regular payment processing.
  • Communicating with suppliers and responding to basic enquiries.
  • Contributing to month-end tasks and general reporting.
  • Managing shared inboxes and ensuring items are actioned promptly.
  • Maintaining records and assisting with audits or compliance requests.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 3 years experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident communication and follow-through
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • ERP experience is a bonus (e.g., Infor M3, Triton Stockscan, or similar)
