Fresh / Perishable Supervisor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Fresh & Perishables Supervisor to join the logistics team based at Huntingwood.

This role is responsible for leading the team members on the midday shift, overseeing traditional picks as well as liaising with overall warehouse operations to ensure that standards are met and orders are fulfilled.

**What You’ll Do**:
Actively participate in the development & improvement of current processes within the warehouse

Taking the lead on toolbox talks and other team meetings, ensuring high engagement and communication with warehouse staff.

Managing the distribution of products following quality checking procedures, ensuring stock is picked and supplied accurately to meet customer orders

Ensure inventory is maintained to a high standard, including regular stock counts and reports

Manage budget expectations

Ensure all OHS, company policies and legislation is adhered to at all times

**What you’ll bring**:
Experience in FMCG operations

Experience with automated warehousing systems

Warehouse Supervisory Experience

Intermediate Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Outlook

Knowledge of EEO, OH&S and HACCP Regulations Strong problem solving skills

Extensive knowledge of OH&S practices
