We're looking for a hands-on Construction Operations Manager to lead our team delivering high-quality projects across the Pilbara. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage crews and contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to specification. You will be responsible for ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients across a range of sectors.

What you bring to the role

  • Supervisory experience in construction operations
  • Minimum 3-5 years of construction supervisory experience is required
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and cost-control ability
  • Knowledge of Work Health & Safety and environmental regulations.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • A balance of authority, fairness, and support

What you must have to apply

  • Construction supervisory experience (3+ years), Educational qualifications equivalent to Certificate IV in Construction.
  • A formal Certificate IV in Construction qualification is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Building Codes
  • Experience in using software programs for Job costing and control
  • Be prepared to learn new systems and process's and introduce to your team.
