Seeking experienced Loader Operators for upcoming roles with a variation of our clients based out of Geraldton.

As a Loader Operator, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, operating a range of mobile plant equipment with precision and efficiency. We have multiple contract roles on offer covering manufacturing or production and you will have the opportunity to work alongside our valued clients in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the fertilizer or related industry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications or licenses for operating mobile plant equipment
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production sector
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Total commitment to safety and the ability to work well under pressure
