We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Shellcove Store and maintain the high standards of service and product quality our brand is known for.

Position Overview:

As the Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily operations in the dessert bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service while delivering top-tier customer experiences. You'll lead a team, manage inventory, maintain product quality, and contribute to the store's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily operations of the dessert bar, ensuring high-quality service and product standards.

* Manage and mentor a team of staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.

* Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring the store is always well-stocked.

* Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints and enhancing the overall customer experience.

* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health standards within the store.

* Drive sales and manage budgeting to achieve financial targets.

* Lead training for staff, including barista skills, customer service, and store protocols.

Qualifications:

*Minimum 2 years experience in fast food or similar food service management.

* Minimum 1 year barista experience, with a strong passion for coffee.

* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction.
