We're Hiring a Store Manager – Join Our Fast-Paced Team

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for great coffee and exceptional service? We're looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to take the reins at our bustling Freshwater or Warringah Mall Mrs Jones the Baker

Location: Freshwater or Brookvale

Hours: Full-time, must be available at least 1 weekend day per weekSalary: From $80,000.00 per year

About the Role: As our store manager, you'll be the heartbeat of daily operations—leading a passionate team, maintaining high service and cleanliness standards, and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for staff management, stock control, product displaying, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our loyal customer base.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in hospitality or cafe management

  • Skilled barista able to operate the machine solo

  • confident in adjusting grinder, steaming milk and quality control of the coffee

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask under pressure

  • A hands-on, can-do flexible attitude

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards - extensive training will be given on the job
