About the Role
As a Desktop Supervisor, you will drive seamless insurance claim projects from start to finish—coordinating teams, trades, and materials to deliver safe, high-quality results on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage insurance claims via desktop, ensuring the procurement of materials, allocation of relevant trades, and coordinate workflows to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work with internal stakeholders on the management and allocation of works.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insured and other relevant stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure high quality works are completed.
- Work with team to maintain health and safety standards on job sites, ensuring all team members follow safety protocols.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who:
- Ideally has experience in the insurance industry, including engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple projects
- Experience as an Insurance Desktop Supervisor - A BIG BONUS
- Studying Construction either in Uni or TAFE, or has worked on the tools and looking to use expertise in the office environment
- Strong time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively at once is necessary
- Familiarity with Prime Ecosystem = extra points
