Yarra Valley Nissan is a proud, family-owned dealership located in Lilydale. With award-winning customer service standards, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and fostering a supportive, career-focused environment for our team.

We are now seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a busy team and a workshop, writing 20-25 repair orders per day.

The Role

As our Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a team (headcount 10)
  • Driving productivity and efficiency across the workshop.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing day-to-day service operations, including planning, workflow management, and staff development.
  • Building strong relationships with both customers and workshop staff.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced Service Manager or a strong 2IC ready to step up.
  • Experienced in the automotive industry (essential).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems such as Pentana (EraPower).
  • A natural leader with excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.
