About the role

As Head Estimator you will be:

  • Reviewing customer repair requests, estimating and assessing the required parts, labour, and other resources needed to complete the work
  • Collaborating with insurance companies and assessors
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

  • Experience as an Estimator in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair and service processes, including knowledge of parts, labour, and industry best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately assess project requirements and develop comprehensive cost estimates
  • Proficient in using Ibodyshop, Audanet and other relevant insurance platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
