Skilled Automotive Fitter/Dismantler looking for a new opportunity?  Join Shipton Smash Repairs .

We are a family-owned smash repairer located in Raymond Terrace.

We are currently expanding our workshop with new paint shop facility throughout the next 12 months, containing three booths mixing room and ducted prep bays. 2 Large New Extension to panel shop & parts Delivery area.

We are currently looking for Fitter/Dismantler or Panel Beaters to join our team and help lead and train the next generation of skilled tradesman.

Role responsibilities For Automotive Fitter/Dismantler.

  • Disassemble vehicle as per Job Sheet.
  • Repair vehicle as per the Repair Method, OEM standards and in accordance with Estimate and Job Sheet.
  • Reassemble vehicle.
  • Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
  • Handle all company tools and equipment with due care and attention ensuring they remain safe, clean and in a workable condition.
  • Adhere to our OH&S policy including PPE

  • Have experience in Collision Repair industry (essential)
  • Have full Australian Working rights and valid driver's licence
