About Us
For more than 25 years, Amity Health has been a trusted not-for-profit provider of accessible, community-focused health services across regional WA. We are committed to strengthening the health and wellbeing of the communities in which we live and work, delivering prevention, early intervention and health promotion services across our three core service streams:

About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial & Business Services Partner to join our Corporate Services & Operations team.
This is a key coordination role supporting the organisation's commercial operations, procurement functions, contract administration, fleet oversight and business services activities.
Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and internal teams, you will help ensure consistent standards, quality processes and efficient workflows across Amity Health's corporate and commercial functions.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, commercially savvy, and enjoys improving systems and supporting others to deliver high-quality work.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the contract administration, commercial assessments and supplier performance monitoring process.
- Administering procurement activities in line with organisational policies.
- Assisting staff with sourcing quotes, drafting procurement documents and preparing evaluation summaries.
- Maintenance of procurement records, templates, supplier files and audit-ready documentation.

- Maintain asset and lease registers and ensure accurate documentation.
- Identification of workflow improvements and support development of procedures and tools.

- Provide high-quality administrative coordination and support to the Corporate Services & Operations team.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers and partners.
About You
You are a dynamic problem solver who thrives in environments of continuous improvement and positive transformation. With a strong commercial mindset and a passion for enhancing systems, processes and client experience, you bring an energy that lifts teams and drives progress. You are curious, future-focused and always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work—whether through automation, data insights or better organisational workflows. Ideally, you will bring:
- Qualifications in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
- Strong commercial, digital and financial acumen, with experience in contract management, procurement or operational finance.
- Excellent organisational capability, exceptional attention to detail and confidence working with data and analytics.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating workflows or providing support across business functions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective, trust-based relationships.
- A proactive, improvement-led mindset with a desire to streamline, refine and elevate processes.
Why Join Us
This position is more than a job, it's an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of a purpose-driven organisation at a pivotal point in our evolution. Working alongside committed colleagues, you will play a central role in building, refining and embedding commercial and business processes that lift quality, strengthen governance and drive organisational excellence.
