Garden City Hotel BW Signature Collection is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join the Food & Beverage team.

About the Hotel:

Garden City Hotel located in Canberra's inner-south, Narrabundah.  The Hotel features 72 guest rooms, two conference rooms, restaurant and bar, outdoor pool and on-site gym.

About the Role:

  • Meeting, greeting and serving guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Taking and delivering food & beverage orders
  • Delivering room service orders
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Assisting with setup and breakdown of functions

About You:

  • Valid ACT Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • High standard of personal grooming and presentation
  • Ability to work unsupervised and follow direction
  • Reliable and flexible to work breakfast and dinner shifts over a seven-day roster

This position requires flexibility and include:

  • Shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays
  • Breakfast shifts - from 6:00am
  • Dinner shifts - from 5:00pm
