Are you ready to step into a leadership role where compassion meets purpose? At Churches of Christ Aged Care - Warwick, we're on the lookout for Senior Personal Care Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality aged care with heart.

You'll join a close-knit team at our 128-bed Residential Aged Care home, where your support and guidance will help enrich the lives of our residents and inspire your colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing hands-on support with daily living activities including hygiene, feeding, mobility, and social engagement
  • Coordinating and supporting Personal Care Workers during shifts
  • Facilitating buddy shifts for new team members
  • Contributing to the development and review of personalised care plans
  • Creating a warm, safe, and empowering environment for residents and staff alike
What We're Looking For

You're someone who truly cares – not just about the job, but about the people. Whether you're already experienced or eager to step up, we're looking for:

  • A genuine passion for aged care and a commitment to high-quality service
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain – highly desirable)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Australian work rights (please note: we are unable to provide sponsorship)
