Are you ready to step into a leadership role where compassion meets purpose? At Churches of Christ Aged Care - Warwick, we’re on the lookout for Senior Personal Care Workers who are passionate about delivering high‑quality aged care with heart.

You’ll join a close‑knit team at our 128-bed Residential Aged Care home, where your support and guidance will help enrich the lives of our residents and inspire your colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing hands‑on support with daily living activities including hygiene, feeding, mobility, and social engagement

- Coordinating and supporting Personal Care Workers during shifts

- Facilitating buddy shifts for new team members

- Contributing to the development and review of personalised care plans

- Creating a warm, safe, and empowering environment for residents and staff alike

What We’re Looking For

You're someone who truly cares – not just about the job, but about the people. Whether you’re already experienced or eager to step up, we’re looking for:

- A genuine passion for aged care and a commitment to high‑quality service

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)

- First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain – highly desirable)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check and current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Valid Australian work rights (please note: we are unable to provide sponsorship)
