About the Centre:

Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Lake Albert We are a four room, 73 place centre who strives in having Serious Fun and providing a nurturing and adaptive curriculum from 6 weeks to 6 years.  We are a close-knit team who value honesty, teamwork and communication, and our team prides itself on our ability on being active members of our local community. We are conveniently located in a small and friendly shopping complex and just a short walk from Lake Albert. About the Role

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
