Female Chinese Carer

Female Chinese carer required to assist a female client who resides in Bankstown, with accessing the community.

Successful applicants are those who:

• Are available at least 2 days / week for work and as needed by the client.
• Are available to start work from next week.
• Hold a valid Australian Driver's License and have a reliable car
• Can drive up to 1 hour long.

Qualification required:

• Australian Driver's License & reliable car
• Certificate III Disability or higher (preferrable)
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Police Check
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Reliability and flexibility

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the following areas: activities that assist consumers in meeting their Individual Support Plan needs.
• Develop, maintain, and track each client's progress with progress notes, medication dispensing/administering, and other pertinent information by the end of each work shift.
• Document and record activities, client response to these activities, regulatory requirements, and service requirements by the end of each work shift.
• Communicate and establish appropriate relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Follow the Workplace Health and Safety, procedures and instructions of the organisation.
• Any other duties as directed by Managers and Team Leaders
