About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Loan Processor extraordinaire to join our vibrant Gold Coast team. You'll be the engine room that keeps the gears turning — working closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to deliver smooth, stress-free settlements every time.
You'll take ownership of loan files from start to finish, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and on track. No two days will be the same, and that's what makes it exciting

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and reviewing loan applications to make sure every detail is perfect
- Liaising with clients and lenders to keep things moving smoothly
- Managing high volumes with precision and a smile
- Coordinating settlements with brokers, solicitors, and lenders
- Ensuring all applications comply with NCCP and responsible lending guidelines
- Solving problems like a pro and keeping clients in the loop
What We're Looking For
- Experience in loan processing (brokerage background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of residential and investment lending
- A natural multitasker who loves staying organised
- Excellent communicator who builds rapport with ease
- Tech-savvy with CRM or mortgage software (bonus points)
- Detail-driven, reliable, and calm under pressure
