The Role

We're seeking a confident and driven Sales Consultant to join this busy showroom team. You'll work with both trade and retail customers, providing tailored advice, managing sales from start to finish, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to trade and retail clients
  • Assisting customers with product selections and preparing quotes
  • Processing sales in-store, over the phone, and via email
  • Coordinating with the warehouse team on stock availability and logistics
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming showroom
  • Keeping up to date with product ranges and new arrivals

About You

You're a confident communicator with a proven track record in sales and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll bring:

  • Strong sales and customer service experience (retail or trade sales)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Availability to work Sunday to Thursday on a permanent basis
