Altitude Facades NSW Pty Ltd specialises in high-end glass and aluminium façade solutions. We work on complex architectural projects across Sydney and beyond, delivering innovative systems for some of the most challenging and exciting builds.

We're now looking for a Project Manager to join our team full-time.

What You'll Do: As our Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering façade packages from award to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will include:

  • Managing façade projects end-to-end, including planning, procurement, coordination, installation, and close-out.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for builders, architects, consultants, and site teams.
  • Preparing and managing project programs, timelines, budgets, and procurement schedules.
  • Coordinating with drafting, engineering, estimating, and site teams to ensure project documentation and requirements are met.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve issues early.
  • Preparing and managing RFIs, variations, progress claims, and project reports.
  • Overseeing fabrication and installation progress to align with project milestones.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and installation progress.
  • Working with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials, production, and deliveries meet project standards and timelines.
  • Supporting leadership with forecasting, project performance reporting, and risk management.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong project management experience within façades, glass & aluminium, or a related construction field.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with builders, architects, and contractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple project streams while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, façade systems, and site coordination.
  • Experience with RFIs, variations, project programs, and contract administration.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong organisational skills.
