As a Float
Educator
, you'll be the friendly face popping into different rooms, bringing calm, consistency, and a helping hand wherever it's needed most. Whether you're settling babies or jumping in during the lunch rush – you'll be a much-loved part of every team. You'll help create safe, playful, and inspiring spaces across the centre, building strong bonds with children, families, and educators along the way.

As an
ISS Support Educator,
you'll play a vital role in creating inclusive, supportive spaces where every child feels seen, heard, and valued. Working closely with children who need a little extra support, you'll bring patience, empathy, and encouragement into their daily routines. Whether you're guiding quiet moments of connection or helping children confidently join group play, your presence will make a meaningful impact – not just for the children, but for their families and the wider team too.

What You'll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Proven Educator Assistant experience and a great energy
• Support Educator; Understanding of inclusive education practices and strategies to support diverse learners
• Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
• Current Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Experience with Storypark is a bonus
• First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
