Site Supervisors wanted for Rollout National– ABN Contractors (Short-Term, Full-Time).
We are looking for experienced Site Supervisors to join our team on a short-term, full-time contract basis for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. ·       Contract duration: 3–6 months ·       Employment type: Contract ·       Shifts: Must be available for both day and night works ·       Locations: Positions available in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, and SA   About Us   Prime Build is a multidisciplinary commercial construction company with experience in a wide range of industry sectors. Specialising in live environment construction, fit out & refurbishment in retail, education, Industrial, government & institutional sectors.   Rollout, a subsidiary of Prime Build, was established in 2020 as a specialist division providing a tailored partnering approach to nationally operating clients with roll-out requirements for large scale that require project management, design and construction multi-site programmes.   The Opportunity   ·       You'll be working on a diverse range of Rollout projects while managing a team of tradesmen & subcontractors to oversee all construction activities & contractors on-site with an uncompromising focus on quality & safety. ·       Scope of works delivery & working with the Project Manager on planning, programming & scheduling to deliver the project on time, in full, & within budget. ·       You'll enjoy a high level of interaction with clients & acting as a brand ambassador of our company.   About you:   · years in construction as a Site Supervisor with some experience in live environment works essential. ·       Commercial fit-out/Rollout experience (retail multi-site experience a bonus). ·       Strong attention to detail and a reliable, consistent work ethic. ·       Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and related key stakeholders. ·       A track record of successfully delivering complex, live-environment projects ·       A commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in delivery ·       Confident with IT/tech/apps (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Procore) ·       Australian resident qualified to work in Australia     What We Offer   ·       Competitive salary package and benefits ·       Opportunity to deliver landmark projects with high-profile clients ·       Supportive leadership team that values collaboration and innovation ·       Professional development and clear pathways for career advancement ·       A strong, positive culture where hard work is recognised and rewarded.   At Prime Build we have a passion to delight our customers and challenge the status quo.
