About the Role:

Thai Kee IGA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in optimising our supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, and minimising disruptions. You will analyse our end-to-end supply chain, from inventory management to product delivery, and recommend data-driven improvements.

There is a great deal of autonomy in this role, so applicants need to be organised, performance driven and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimise operational efficiencies.

Conduct detailed inventory analysis, prepare comprehensive reports to monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure optimal inventory management.

Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, and support organisational innovation.

Assess supply chain risks by developing strategies and contingency plans to resolve challenges and minimise potential disruptions.

Assist in the implementation of approved recommendations, providing support to our supply chain teams.

Manage route activity, including overseeing invoicing, electronic bills, and shipping tracing.

Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or data analysis role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for working with large datasets.

Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain software. World smart, smart retail system experience preferred.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, MYOB, SQL).

Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

A proactive mindset with the ability to develop strategies and see projects through to implementation.

Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field are highly regarded.

Experience working with Chinese and south east Asian products preferred.
