Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Role

Kensta Hospitality partners with leading hotels to deliver exceptional housekeeping and guest services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a newly established 4-star hotel in Cabramatta, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures to optimise productivity and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of housekeeping supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for housekeeping operations.

About You

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial housekeeping role within a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team.
• In-depth, hands-on knowledge of cleaning standards, inventory management, and quality control.
• Sound understanding of relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards in the hospitality industry.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
