We are seeking a crucial key team member who is experienced and proactive for the role of Practice Manager.
About Us:
Canungra Dental was established in 1994 and has solidified its place within the region through active community involvement and regular support. Being a privately owned practice in a small regional township, our dentists and staff strive themselves on knowing our patients one-on-one and providing tailored treatment to suit individual needs.
We deliver a range of general dental care and stretching to complex multidisciplinary treatment, as well as offering in-house key special interest dental treatment to accommodate our patient's needs. We also have a great relationship with referring specialists to add to the success of our patient's care.
Our vision is to create a place where patients can feel at home, where they are confident with their dentist and the dental care that they provide and to feel satisfied with the answers that they seek following their visit. We pride ourselves on delivering patient focused care.
The Role:
The position that we offer circulates around team performance and patient-focused care. We have opened up this position as a way to optimise growth of the business and as such, we require stability of the management committee.
You will assist in front of house duties, managing daily operations, team queries and human resources, back office and surgery management, financial and statistical metrics for business projection and effective communication between clinicians and auxiliary staff.
This role is an engaging position and suitable for managers with experience, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent time management and have demonstrated a proven track record in healthcare settings.
This position is for someone who is wanting more from their current position and ideal for someone who is experienced and well-established personally.
