At New Farm Deli & cafe we pride ourselves on delivering the authentic Italian experience through exceptional coffee, cuisine and hospitality. As a Barista, you'll be a crucial part of creating this experience for our guests

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality coffee ensuring every cup meets our exceptional standards
• Collaborate with the entire NFD team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
• Contribute to the overall customer experience by providing friendly and attentive service

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with high-volume coffee making of consistent quality
• Proficiency in using a 3-group
• A passionate individual who is serious about coffee - No latte art skills required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• A minimum (proven) 1 years' experience in making coffee

THE WAITING / SERVICE ROLE - WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Table service experience - must be knowledgeable of service etiquette

· Excellent personal presentation

·  Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in written and spoken English
