What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the flow: Direct and control traffic through construction and maintenance sites to keep everyone safe.
  • Set the stage: Install, maintain, and remove traffic control signs, devices, and barriers.
  • Stay sharp: Monitor conditions and adjust measures in real time.
  • Communicate with confidence: Liaise with supervisors, workers, the Office and the public.
  • Deliver quality service: Treat every road user with respect and professionalism.
  • Work by the book: Ensure full compliance with traffic management regulations and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Current TMI qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in traffic control, ideally on construction or maintenance projects.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts — days, nights, weekends as required.
