We're currently hiring for a
Creative Director
on behalf of one of the fastest-growing
creator-first companies
in the region—an agency built for the way culture actually moves today. Their work lives where attention lives: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the communities that shape what people talk about next.
They partner with
top creators and global brands
to produce bold, socially-charged campaigns that don't just participate in culture—they influence it. Now, they're looking for a creative leader with
taste, instincts, and a point of view.
Someone who
gets
creators, understands how ideas spread, and knows how to turn insight into impact.
About the Role
This is a senior, regional creative leadership role.
You'll own the development of breakthrough ideas for creator-led campaigns across Southeast Asia and beyond.
Your job is to build concepts that feel
native to platforms and culture—not retrofitted TV thinking in a vertical crop.
You'll lead ideation, shape creative strategy, and inspire both internal teams and clients with work that is fresh, shareable, and impossible to ignore.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creative direction of campaigns from concept to launch
- Build, mentor, and energise a growing creative team
- Work closely with strategy, production, talent, and client teams to bring ideas to life
- Present creative thinking with clarity, charm, and conviction
- Champion creator-led thinking and embed cultural insight into every stage of the process
- Ensure the work is
culturally relevant, visually distinctive, platform-native, and performance-minded - Stay at the front of emerging creator / platform trends and inspire the business around what's next
What They're Looking For
- 8+ years
in creative roles, ideally in social-first, digital, or content-led environments - A portfolio that shows
ideas that travelled
— work that got shared, talked about, memed, stitched, duetted, remixed - Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystems
- Strong conceptual and visual thinking — you can turn insight into execution fast
- Experience leading and developing creative teams
- Ability to collaborate across markets and work with diverse talent
- Experience partnering with creators or influencers is a big plus
