Are you passionate about health, safety, environmental and quality systems? Ampcontrol is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSEQ Coordinator to support the implementation and continual improvement of our WHSE&Q Management Systems across our Division.
About the Role
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will:
- Support implementation and maintenance of certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS/NZS 4801)
- Facilitate site-based risk and hazard management activities
- Support incident investigation and reporting processes
- Maintain safety statistics and identify trends
- Manage document control and compliance registers
- Assist with training needs, inductions, and audits (internal/external)
- Communicate legislative updates and ensure site-level compliance
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in WHSE&Q
This is a hands-on, site-based role that requires working closely with operational teams across various manufacturing facilities, with occasional travel to other Ampcontrol locations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in WHSE&Q systems and legislative compliance
- Strong communication, training, and auditing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels
- Understanding of ISO standards and safety management systems
- A consultative and proactive approach to risk management
