About the role

Join GM Physiotherapy as a contractor and build a caseload that fits your life. We'll handle referrals, admin/marketing/billing, and back you with mentoring - so you can focus on 1:1, creative, evidence-based care on location across the Gold Coast (sessions in clients homes, hydrotherapy, at sports facilities or in aged care across the Gold Coast). You'll feel like a physio, not a salesperson.

What you'll do
  • Provide mobile physiotherapy across the Gold Coast (primarily homes and RACFs).
  • Tailor sessions to client goals using manual therapy, activity-based therapy, and functional rehab.
  • Work autonomously while feeling part of a team that has your back.
You'll be a good fit if you…
  • Hold AHPRA registration, a driver's licence, and have your own car.
  • Bring 2+ years' experience (aged care/community ideal but not essential).
  • Are reliable, proactive, and value clinical excellence + kindness.
  • Enjoy autonomy but communicate clearly and close loops.
Must-haves
  • Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Valid driver's licence + regular access to a car
  • Professional indemnity insurance (contractor)
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience in community based physiotherapy
  • Confidence with goal-based, creative sessions (ometimes that's dancing in the lounge room, or getting out on the Golf Course)
