Professional Growth, Supervision & Support

• Monthly individual supervision and monthly group supervision for all psychologists
• Full supervision for early-career clinicians, including board-approved clinical supervision for registrars
• Dedicated support to train or advance skills in EMDR and Schema Therapy
• Regular in-house CPD sessions and guest workshops, plus a generous annual CPD budget ($1000)
• Open-door consultation with peers, the Clinical Lead, and Director — because support shouldn't only happen once a month
• A trauma-informed culture with space to explore special interests
