Job Description

As Head of College, you'll lead one of our key campuses, creating an environment where staff and students can do their best work and learning every day. You'll take ownership of operational excellence, academic delivery, and student experience — ensuring your College reflects the quality, care and innovation UP Education is known for.

We're looking for a people-centred leader who thrives in a values-driven, fast-paced education setting. You'll be confident managing performance, budgets, and compliance — but equally passionate about student outcomes, staff development, and community connection.

Qualifications

In this role you will:

  • Lead a capable and committed team to deliver outstanding educational outcomes.
  • Ensure the College operates efficiently and compliantly, aligned with TEQSA/NZQA standards.
  • Partner with our central support teams to drive growth, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with industry, partners and stakeholders to expand opportunities for learners.
