We're seeking a High-Performance Leadership & Business Mentor with strong business acumen and sales expertise to work alongside visionary entrepreneurs and leaders who are ready to achieve extraordinary goals, and build scalable, profitable businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor clients 1:1 on leadership performance, business growth strategies, sales optimisation, and mindset mastery
  • Use your business acumen to guide clients in strategic decision-making, market positioning, and revenue generation
  • Coach entrepreneurs on sales strategy, client acquisition, and conversion best practices
  • Help clients clarify their vision, set ambitious goals, and execute with precision
  • Keep clients accountable to growth milestones and performance standards
  • Contribute to our global network of leaders and entrepreneurs
