AML & Compliance Lawyer position working for the large global professional services firm that continues to grow.

This position will sit within the office of the general counsel reporting to the Legal Risk & Compliance Manager; this role will play a key part in ensuring the firm's compliance with AML/CTF regulations and best practices. You will support the development and enhancement of policies, procedures, and systems, oversee risk evaluation and client onboarding processes, and provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements. The role also involves delivering training to stakeholders, monitoring legislative updates, and representing the organisation in discussions with regulators. As a subject matter expert, you'll advise senior leaders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help maintain a strong, effective AML/CTF compliance framework across the firm.

Seeking a lawyer with 2–3 years' experience in AML/CTF and hands-on compliance experience in areas such as CDD, KYC, risk assessment, and reporting. You'll bring proven skills in implementing policies, advising, and training stakeholders, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to risk management.
