Deckhand

Join Australia's leading aquaculture team in a dynamic marine environment.

Are you an experienced deckhand with a strong safety mindset and a passion for working on the water? We're looking for a skilled professional to support our operations at our Barramundi site in Cone Bay, Western Australia.

This is a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off roster, offering a unique opportunity to work in a remote, fast-paced aquaculture setting while enjoying extended time off.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• MED2 and Master V qualifications – essential for marine operations.
• Forklift and crane tickets – for safe and efficient handling of equipment.
• Dogging and rigging experience – to support complex lifting operations.
• Fish farming experience – ideally in marine environments.
• A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting daily marine farm operations including feeding, net maintenance, and fish handling.
• Operating vessels and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with infrastructure maintenance and logistics.
• Working collaboratively with a close-knit team in a remote location.
