We are working with a well-regarded ASX-listed organisation (non-financial services) looking for a dynamic Risk practitioner to join their team.

This is a broad role supporting the team on end-to-end risk management processes and activities. You will be working alongside a high performing team.

This is a great opportunity for a driven candidate who is passionate about systems and technology within risk management to grow their career in risk.

Candidate background

  • 3-5 years risk management, audit, IT risk management experience
  • Prior experience using GRC systems or passionate about leveraging technology in risk management (i.e. ServiceNow, ReadiNow, Archer, CompliSpace)
  • Background within in-house risk team looking for growth or big 4 consulting firm (risk, audit, IT risk) looking to build a career within industry
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across the organisation
  • Dynamic, driven, curious and hands-on personality
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications

Role responsibilities

You will be part of a line 2 risk team with broad responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the management, testing and continuous improvement of the GRC system
  • Participate in risk identification and assessment activities, monitoring KRIs, mapping controls, processes and obligations
  • Analysing data and trends and developing risk reporting for senior management
  • Supporting the rollout of risk training and education programs
  • Providing risk advice to the business and participating in ad-hoc projects
