We are looking for a skilled electrician to join our team.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who has several years of hands-on experience, and is ready to take on diverse electrical projects. This position has an element of away work (generally 1 to 2 weeks at a time).

Experience with commercial electrical is required, mechanical services experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic tests.
  • Collaborate with other trades and contractors on larger projects.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to OHS standards.
  • Work with and mentor apprentices, guiding them through their development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

  • Several years of experience as a qualified electrician.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in remote locations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Must have the following qualifications: QBCC Occupational Licence, Electrical Licence, Driver's Licence, White Card, Blue Card, CPR, and
  • Additional certifications such as EWP, Confined Space, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights certification and a clear police record are highly desirable.
