About the Role

Constec Construction is a leading Sydney-based builder specialising in architecturally-designed luxury home renovations and knockdown rebuilds. We're seeking an experienced Carpenter who takes pride in their craftsmanship and thrives in high-quality residential construction.

In this role, you'll be involved from demolition to handover – framing, detailed finishes, external timber features, and everything in between.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent) or at least 3 years of Carpentry experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and use of hand and power tools
  • Experience in high-end residential renovations and knockdown rebuilds
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Excellent finishing and framing skills
  • Knowledge of building codes and compliance requirements
  • Physical fitness and manual handling capabilities
  • Strong communication and site coordination skills

Desirable Extras

  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Driver's licence and own transport
  • Experience supervising or mentoring apprentices
  • Additional tickets (Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, etc.)
