About Us

Lavender Estate (formerly Yanchep Lavender Farm) is a unique agritourism destination combining nature, flavour, and experience.

We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and Guest-focused Food & Beverage Team members to join us for the upcoming season.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Team member, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable Guest experiences across our café and mobile food outlets. From making coffee and serving meals to assisting Guests and keeping the venue spotless, you'll be part of a dynamic Team that prides itself on creating a fun, friendly and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all Guests
• Take orders, scoop ice cream, make coffee, mix and serve drinks
• Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness across dining areas, counters, and workstations
• Upsell menu items, seasonal specials, and retail products where appropriate
• Work closely with the Kitchen Team and Venue Manager to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

We're looking for people who:

• Are positive, energetic, and Guest-focused
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Thrive in a collaborative Team culture
• Have strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Hold RSA certification (or willing to obtain)
• Have hospitality or café experience (preferred but not essential)
