About the role

Bakers Delight is seeking a talented and fully qualified baker to join our dynamic team in our Carlton, VIC 3053 bakery. As a full-time baker, you will play a vital role in upholding our reputation for providing high-quality baked goods to our loyal customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing a wide range of fresh breads, pastries and other baked goods according to Bakers Delight's recipes and standards
  2. Ensuring all production processes are carried out efficiently and with a focus on quality
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  4. Collaborating with the wider bakery team to meet production targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  5. Continually striving to improve processes and identify opportunities for innovation

What we're looking for

  1. A fully qualified baker with a strong background in the baking industry
  2. Excellent skills in bread and pastry production, with the ability to work quickly and accurately
  3. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
  4. Strong time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient production
