The Role
Join our Investment Managers & Governance team to help shape and maintain Praemium's Platform Investment Menus. You'll identify new opportunities, conduct model manager due diligence, and onboard SMAs, managed funds, and other securities. You'll also monitor existing investments to ensure they meet our quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and assess new funds, SMAs, and model portfolios for platform inclusion.
  • Conduct in-depth model manager due diligence and prepare recommendations for the Investment Committee.
  • Monitor investment performance and engage with managers on attribution analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with fund and model managers.
  • Maintain accurate investment data and collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.

Desired Qualifications, Experience And Competencies

  • At least 5 years' funds research experience (essential).
  • SMA/model portfolio experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in model manager due diligence.
  • Degree in Finance or related field (CFA not required – experience valued over qualifications).
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and advanced Excel skills; Morningstar Direct/FactSet experience an advantage.
