Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Candidates should have comprehensive Customer Journey Expert (CJE) experience, good organizational skills, and be able to work well within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working with the technology team, understanding of ChatBot applications, Data engineering/analysis concepts and can work closely with the assigned team independently
  • Take end to end responsibility of a feature from analysis to movement to production
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
  • Requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation. Should be able to extract and document explicit, implicit functional and non-functional requirements
  • Experience in creating Roadmaps, Product backlog /MVP definition/define Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Experience in presenting the status regularly and escalation of issues at the right time to the Leadership Teams and stakeholders
  • Experience of working in both Development and Application support teams in large Banking projects
  • Play an active role in mitigating team impediments during the day-to-day work in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge about digital product development will be an added advantage
  • Experience of working in an offshore- Onsite environment and handling stakeholders remotely in different time zones
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a cross functional environment in the organization
  • Excellent analytical skill and problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset & collaborative and can-do attitude
  • Ability to take ownership of business requirements and devise and develop solutions and ensure release to production
  • Experience of working closely with Business stakeholders, cross functional teams and other stakeholders in the organization.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
